Welcome to ImmiX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and ImmiX. By using our services, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms described herein, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services:
ImmiX helps individuals navigate the immigration process by providing certified translation services for immigration documents.
2. Service Limitations:
- ImmiX is not a legal advisory service. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our services are limited to translating immigration support documents.
- Supported Languages: We only offer translations from Spanish to English.
- Covered Documents: We only provide certified translations of immigration documents, such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, and other common documents for immigration applications.
3. Eligibility:
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- Legal Capacity: Users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction.
4. Account Creation:
- Registration Process: Our authentication process is email-based. All users register via a verification link sent by email. Subsequent logins use the same email verification link method.
- Account Termination Conditions: We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate our terms of service or act contrary to our mission. Examples include but are not limited to abusing our flexible refund policy, communicating rudely or disrespectfully with our support staff, and uploading inappropriate documents to our translation platform.
5. Fees and Payments:
- Pricing Structure: We offer two delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery (2-3 days): The cost is $15 per page for up to 350 words. Pages with more than 350 words will have an additional charge of $5, for a total of $20 per page.
- Priority Delivery (24 hours): For faster service, the cost is $20 per page for up to 350 words. Pages with more than 350 words will have an additional charge of $5, for a total of $25 per page.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards (through the PayPal payment system).
6. Intellectual Property:
- Ownership: ImmiX retains ownership of all intellectual property related to our services, including logos, trademarks, and any content on our website.
- User Content License: Content uploaded by users remains the property of the users. We may retain user data for several years after service has been provided to allow users to retrieve old translations at later dates. Users can request the deletion of any of their documents or of their entire account, as described in our privacy policy.
7. Privacy:
- Reference to Privacy Policy: The use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Service Disclaimers: Although our translations undergo a rigorous quality control process, occasional inaccuracies may occur. Please see our refund policy if you are not satisfied with the translation outcome.
- Limitation of Liability: We do not guarantee specific results in immigration applications or other processes.
9. Dispute Resolution:
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
- Dispute Resolution Process: ImmiX follows a standard dispute resolution process.
10. Modifications to the Terms:
- Change Notification: Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website for up to 30 days after the change.
- User Consent to Changes: Continued use of the services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and y, constitute the entire agreement between ImmiX and the user regarding the use of the services.
