- Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please email us at refunds@goimmix.com with your order information within 30 days of the translation delivery date, and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 30 days from the translation delivery, we reserve the right to grant a refund on a case-by-case basis, based on the quality of the translation (if it had errors) and other reasons for requesting the refund.
